Compress PDF to 200KB
The target is already set to 200KB. Drop your PDF and the tool finds the highest quality that fits — useful for very strict upload forms and embedding documents in web pages.

Get each file individually or all of them in a single ZIP.
Why use SizeFit
Exact target size
Ask for 100 KB or 2 MB and get the best-looking file that fits — no guessing quality sliders.
Private by design
Everything happens in your browser. No uploads, no accounts, no copies on anyone's server.
Quality checked
Every result is measured against the original and rejected if the difference would be visible.
Smart, step by step
Lossless tricks first, then gentle compression, and resizing only as a last resort.
Frequently asked questions
Can every PDF be compressed to 200KB?
Not always. A long document full of photos may not fit in 200KB while staying readable. In that case you get the smallest readable version and can try “Smallest file” mode, or split the PDF into parts.
Is 1 MB 1,000 KB or 1,024 KB?
This tool uses 1 MB = 1,024 KB, the convention most upload forms check against. That gives you a small safety margin either way.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Compression runs entirely inside your browser on your own device. Your files are never uploaded, stored or seen by anyone — you can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it keeps working.
Is it free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no daily limit, because your own device does the work.
How does compressing to an exact size work?
Type the maximum size you need. The tool first tries lossless optimizations, then gradually increases compression, using a binary search to find the highest quality that still fits. It measures visual quality on every result and stops as soon as one fits without visible damage.
What if my file can't reach the size I asked for?
You still get the smallest version that keeps acceptable quality, and the tool tells you how close it got. Switching to “Smallest file” mode allows more aggressive compression.
